ABOUT ME

Smyllie, one of Campaign’s Faces to Watch 2024, is a multi-award-winning Art Director, who's experience spans brands from HARIBO, L’Oréal Group, Rhone, Cloud 9, Next and more. Her specialism being in the fashion & beauty industries where her work spans from long form, emotive storytelling to social content. Her most recent campaign she led an NBA sponsorship campaign starring Miami Heat’s Kevin Love.
Selina’s career began winning the coveted D&AD Black and Yellow New Blood Pencils which landed her a role as a strategist at McCann. After winning the advertising competition ‘School of Thought’ in 2022, she moved to Australia, where she transitioned into Art Direction at Agency of the Year ‘Hero’, where she played a role in the production of a Silver Cannes Lions win in the 'Social and Influence' category in 2023. In 2024, she was invited to judge the prestigious D&AD New Blood awards.
Outside of her agency work, Smyllie channels her creativity into passion projects, such as directing and photography. As Creative Director for a skiwear startup, she manages social channels and directed, their campaign in The Alps.
