ABOUT ME
Smyllie, one of Campaign’s Faces to Watch 2024, is a multi-award-winning hybrid creative with a background in strategy. She specialises in sports and apparel brands, most recently leading an NBA sponsorship campaign with Miami Heat’s Kevin Love.
Selina’s career began winning the coveted D&AD Black and Yellow New Blood Pencils which landed her a role as a strategist at McCann. After being winning the advertising competition ‘School of Thought’ in 2022, she moved to Australia, where she transitioned into Art Direction at Agency of the Year ‘Hero’, where she played a role in a Silver Cannes Lions win in the 'Social and Influence' category in 2023, which she attended. In 2024, her expertise was recognised with an invitation to judge the prestigious D&AD awards.
Outside of her agency work, Smyllie channels her creativity into passion projects. As Creative Director for a skiwear startup, she manages social channels and produced, directed, and co-shot their campaign in The Alps. With a love for photography and film, Selina enjoys documenting her travels and crafting stories through imagery.
